Services Description

MontrealAutoPickup provides vehicle selection, inspection, and pickup services in the Montreal area. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Vehicle selection consultation
• Pre-purchase vehicle inspection
• Vehicle history verification
• Vehicle pickup and delivery
• Paperwork assistance
• Negotiation support

The specific services provided will be outlined in a separate service agreement or contract between MontrealAutoPickup and the client.

Service Fees and Payment

Fees for our services vary depending on the specific services requested. All fees will be clearly communicated to you before any services are performed.

Payment terms:

• A deposit may be required to secure certain services.
• Final payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise specified.
• Accepted payment methods include credit card, debit card, e-transfer, and cash.
• All fees are in Canadian dollars and subject to applicable taxes.

Cancellation policy:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled service will receive a full refund of any deposit paid.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service fee.
• No-shows will forfeit the full deposit amount.

User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your vehicle requirements and preferences.
• Respond promptly to communications regarding your service requests.
• Review and sign all necessary documentation in a timely manner.
• Make payments according to the agreed-upon schedule.
• Treat our staff with respect and professionalism.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to vehicle ownership and transfer.

Service Limitations

While we strive to provide comprehensive and accurate services, there are certain limitations to be aware of:

• Vehicle inspections are thorough but may not identify all potential issues, especially those that may be hidden or require specialized diagnostic equipment.
• History reports are based on available database information and may not include all incidents or service records.
• Negotiations are conducted in good faith but cannot guarantee specific outcomes or pricing.
• Vehicle availability is subject to market conditions and may change rapidly.
• Paperwork assistance does not constitute legal advice, and we recommend consulting with a legal professional for complex transactions.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of MontrealAutoPickup or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our website without our prior written consent.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MontrealAutoPickup, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Service or your use of our services.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and applicable federal laws of Canada.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms of Service or our services will first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to mediation in Montreal, Quebec. If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the laws of Quebec.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
